How to Sign-up MyWakeHealth?

There are various ways you can sign up on the MyWakeHealth portal.

An Activation code is provided to you when you visit a Wake Forest Clinic, it is would written on your clinic bill or an ‘After Visit Summary’. You can use this code while signing up.

Online:

Alternatively, you can use the online option while signing up to by pass all the hassle of an activation code. The option is shown on the right side of the form. Verification for this method is done through a third-party site.

Log-in in the MyWakeHealth portal is not very difficult, you need to go back on the portal site, add your user name password in the Sign-in section.

Once you have filled both sections go to the next step, where you need to provide the details for the patient whose information you want access.

Your complete medical information recorded by your health service providers is present on your account. It is updated regularly after every visit. If there’s anything filled out incorrectly in your record or needs changing you can contact your health provider directly or through the portal system to get it changed.

Lab reports are uploaded quickly on the portal after it has been made part of the hospital’s online record. The whole process can happen in a day but depending on the test & lab involved, it can be longer.

Lab results of a more sensitive nature are not uploaded on the portal, the sensitivity of these reports is determined by your doctor after a discussion with you about which type of results should be directly uploaded on your account & which should be not. Your online record can be completely seen by you only. A user with proxy access will get a limited view & will not be able to access all your medical records or test reports.

A medical report can only be shared by a third-party/relaive/friend after you have given permission for them to receive it. You can share a hard copy of your record with someone using these form: English Form/Spanish Form.
